Quotes & Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotes remain valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

Recurring services are billed monthly.

  • Unless agreed in a written manner, to performance-based pay

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services

  • Failure to make a payment after 48 hours, all projects will stop

  • After 24h, the client is informed that services will be halted if not paid

Website Projects

Clients must provide required content, approvals, and feedback on time.

Project timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness and project scope.

Social Media & Marketing Services

Gravity Studio will use reasonable skill and care when delivering services.

Marketing results, engagement levels, follower growth, sales performance, advertising performance, and lead generation outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Maintaining access to required accounts

  • Reviewing and approving content when requested

  • Complying with platform policies and applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Ownership of completed work transfers to the client once all outstanding invoices have been paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Gravity Studio reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation Of Liability

Gravity Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of our services or website.

Liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

Cancellation

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any completed work or outstanding invoices remain payable upon cancellation.

Changes To These Terms

Gravity Studio may update these terms from time to time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
